Eyedle runs on Toronto time (Eastern Time: EST in winter, EDT in summer). A new case goes live at midnight, and that midnight also ends the day for your streak: finish the daily before it to keep your run going.

How to play

  1. Read the case. The chart opens on one line, a patient's presenting complaint.
  2. Name the diagnosis. Start typing, then select the correct diagnosis from the list.
  3. A miss costs a flip but clears up a finding.
